What is Internal External?

Internal External is the two opposite faces of the same coin.

Non-existent without its opposite.

Like cold to heat, dark and light, night and day.
Although at completely different ends of a spectrum, they remain united from the very ruler which dictates their distance.

Without one, the other cannot exist. Ask yourself for any word or concept that does not give life to its alternate opposite.

Internal External and its distinguishing bracket can be injected into almost any paradigm. Control, space, groups and collectives, health and wellbeing, to name a few.
