Returns

Due to the waste mitigating manufacturing process, upon purchasing an item and the order confirmation date passing, please note: you will be unable to refund the item if you change your mind.

All items are inspected prior shipping. We will only offer a refund where a manufacturing fault remains.

Exchanges

Provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and unused, you will however be able to exchange the value of the product(s). All requests for an exchange are to be applied for within 10 working days of receiving the garment, so the exchanged item can be a part of the following manufacturing process.

Within the message, please refer to your order number #XXXX EG. #4189 and the Item(s) you would like them to be swapped for.

The buyer must cover the cost of return and replacement shipping.
If there was a cost for shipping, the buyer will not receive compensation. Details for shipping are available upon request! :)
